I think that it’s great that Jeff has been gradually changing his message, but I also think Jeff needs it brought to his attention that he does not know that the man he is accusing really did the act. Thus the title of the argument still can be libel.
All sites that report this information as fact, or even as probably fact, need to be addressed. And all sites with the person’s family’s personal information need to be shut down.
